Billy has been confirmed along with him having a neo max as well three new stages. There is a cut scene screenshot that anime like giving the suggestion that the story modes that Atlus and Snkplaymore were talking about might resemble blazblue. There will be a dlc released at the same time as the game that will also have another character but there is no word yet as too who it will be. It should be notes that the this is only part of the unveiling of what is in store for the console release of kof XIII.
