kof XIII ExX Kyo release

The release date for nest Kyo was released a while back. The release date for this character is December 22. If anyone is asking why I call him ex Kyo on top is because the move set he uses isn’t entirely from the nest saga. So I would rather call him ex Kyo but just so no one gets confused.
