There has been scans uploaded that show Minato fighting Tobi. For those who don’t know this scene is from the time when Tobi tricked Minato in leaving Kushina alone. In that time he abducted her left for a remote area and released the nine tail fox on the hidden leaf. With this story being touched Kushina Naruto mother may become a playable character in some way. But for now only the fight between Minato and Tobi is confirmed. also it seems that Tobi in his awakened forum may be playable. I say this seeing him fighting Naruto in that state as well as Minato.
