Wikipedia can be argued a great help to fans of comics and manga or a tragedy. There a lot of wiki sites out there like Naruto wiki or marvel wiki. These sites will tell you about the character of the series and what they have done with out going through a lot of the episodes or issues in comic terms. This is great time saver but it is also takes away the enjoy that you would have received if you were to watch or read it yourself. For instance a wiki site may tell you about a moment to explain a character personality. You could have seen this moment or read and laughed at comedy that followed which was left out of the wiki site. Plus you must understand that this done by fans and that all the information may not be there.In short one should use a wiki site to either get caught up on shows or a review to get an idea than check out the series yourself to see if you like it.
I am now going to go into anime series that shouldn’t have stopped and should get a remake. The first series up is GetBackers. If you don’t know about this series it is about a pair of not so normal guys who retrive things that you have lost. Ban who is the brains of the two is warlock(I refuse to call him a witch.) He posses super human strength and very smart. However as smart and powerful as he is he looses his temper easily. Genji his partner on the other hand is the heart of the two he uses electricity. Also he has no sense of direction in the normal world. To explain would be to give it away. I should point out that these things are always normal for instance they were il wich turned out to be a piece that is needed to make a nuclear bomb. If I have to be technical only one true arc ever made it into the anime. Even though it covered three the other two were done wrong. One being changed almost half way while the other was changed completely. This should get a second chance because the manga arcs were great it is finished. Plus it was cool.
Hitman Reborn is anime about a baby who tutors a young man in the ways of the mafia. Particularly a cursed baby named Reborn is asked by the head of the Vongola family to train the next in line who happens to be Japanese kid named Tsuna. Tsuna is doesn’t have any talents (just think of him like Kenichi from Kenichi history strongest disicple.) Before young Tsuna knows it he is thrown in to the crazy world of the mafia with a the world best hitman/baby as his guid. The anime stopped after they went to the future an is on hiatus or so we believe. I hope it comes back soon.
Soul Eater is an anime about students of the grim reaper hunting witches and stopping evil people from becoming a demon gods. This series is unique as it covers the story from three different angles. Maka and her partner soul who turns into a scythe. Black Star (who Naruto influenced heavily in terms of personality) , and Tsubaki who turns into a few ninja weapons from smoke bombs to a black long sword. Kid who is the son of death and has two partners Lucy and Mary who turn into guns. He fires them up side down using his pinky finger. The manga is on going but the anime went on its own track when it dealing with second biggest witch of the series Arachne. Fights are interesting and it is as funny as it is intense. It is not clear if a remake is in the works as they made a midnight show called Soul eater repeat show with new opening but same episodes. Also it is done by the same people who did full metal alchemist so fans are hoping that they remake the Soul Eater like they remade Full Metal Alchemist.
