This is the thing Sqaure Enix got FF XIII 2 done but in order to make sure that it doesn’t take so long they will be shipping that out. Mind you they are saying that they will only do this for large-scale projects. They didn’t give an idea as to how big something has to be in order to be ship out for development somewhere else. But the people it took to make Final Fantasy XIII 2 was 180 artists, 30 programmers, and 36 game designers.
