Some more information has been released regarding Suda 51 new game Killer is Dead. apparently Mondo Zappa is part of a special organization that deals with super natural terrorist or assassins. From what I can gather there are creatures on the dark side of the moon and once attached to humans they change explaining why the first boss fight we have seen Victor transformed. Some gameplay aspects have been revealed as your arm is your ace in the whole but it can only be fueled by taking out enemies as it is powered by blood. The characters are interesting as we have the boss, the veteran the overly enthustic kid and Mondo. Suda 51 did an interview with Adam Sessler on Killer is Dead.
