As the title indicates everyone you can get DOA 5 Ultimate for free. The thing is though the game isn’t completely free. When you get the game you only get four characters free. Hayate, Ayane, Kasumi and Ryu the rest you can fight against. This sounds like more of a demo than a full game as everything you do will revolve around the ninja of the game. Tecmo is trying to talk to Microsoft if they can do the same on their console but no response yet. If you are interest check out the article link.
