Arc system works is using Guilty Gear Xrd as a new start for the series while at the same time showing improvements. Daisuke Ishiwatari says that they are aiming to added as man y player to their guilty gear community as they can with this entry. He further went on to say there will plenty more characters but when asked about new ones he laughed saying I wonder. One of the ways they hope to ass more players is through the roman Cancel system as you can do it during anytime of the attack and it slows down time for you giving you a few seconds to think about the combo you about to execute. IN terms of characters Daisuke Ishiwatari and Patchi the even organizer said that they will be adding moves that will expand on the characters themes. For Chipp he gets more ninja like moves while MaY become more acrobatic and Milia get more moves for her speed. They went on to thank the fan base for their support and hope they will support them with this release.
