Okay the kind people of sayian island have translated the latest pic for Naruto Shippuden ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution showing that not only can you combine two ultimate jutsu but you can combine the ultimate jutsu of three characters. It is unclear though if you can do this with just any characters or if they are certain teams.
