In the Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 DLC Revelation we see Alucard set his plan to help free his father take shape. Starting from when he pulls out the sword you see Alucard make preparations for Dracula return from placement of the void sword and chaos claws to make sure he has the perfect cover. From the trailer shows you get Alucard infamous flaming sword as well.
