Keiji Inafune sat down and expressed his desire to still make a Megaman Legends 3 game. The reason for this is because how much went into the game before it was canceled by Capcom back when Keiji was still working for them. To make sure the point hit home he said that if he had all seven dragon balls he would ask Shenron to give him all he needs to make Megaman Legends 3.
