Today has been a Persona 4 Ultimax day for me basically covering the information regarding the game console release. The people at Shoryuken.com have revealed something about story mode that may interest gamers who are interested in the story. The story comes in two forums as P3 and P4 referring the cast belonging to their respected game.
Rise play style has also been explained a little bit. Reading the article she sounds like a play o I-no from the guilty gear series using music notes like projectiles. Her scanning affects her attacks as the article says that her opponent affects her attack as analyzing them will affect her fighting style. Her instant kill is described as cloak and dagger as Rise grabs your attention her Persona prepares and delivers the fatal blow.
Gold Arena mode is basically survival arc system style. You pick four paths ranging in difficulty and fight until you meet a boss. The boss will have a rare skill that you can apply to your character. I must state that there is no word on whether or not you can take these skills out of this mode or what these skills are.
