The director of Bayonetta 1 and 2 Yusuke Hashimoto has stated his wishes for a third installment to the series. Yusuke stated that he wants this even though he may not be directing it. Bayonetta 2 is coming in October on the Wii U along with the original for those who preorder and will receive special customs from Nintendo history.
