According to Bestbuy Harley isn’t the only character you get to play as hints of playing as Bruce Wayne have been dropped a few times by Rocksteady. The hints is what is having people think that Bruce will make do more in the game than just pop up for a bit. Also along with Harley story pack you get Wayne tech pack which allows you to upgrade the batmobile as well as the batman himself.
