The two hour special for One Piece is streaming a promo for the special. The promo mostly shows the set up as we see scenes from the imperial down. The Story is for those who didn’t know Luffy is still getting over ace death and is mid training as a criminal breaks out of imperial down bob world. chaos soon ensues and the Straw Hates are soon pulled into fight.
