Ghost in the shell Arise a new ghost in the shell ova series is getting dubbed by Funimation. For American fans who have been following the series you may notice a difference in the cast with Mary Elizabeth McGlynn being the only returning voice actress except she will be reprising her role as Motoko. Elizabeth Maxwell will playing the now blue haired blue eyed lethal fem fatal Motoko Kusanagi. Instead Elizabeth M will be playing Kurutsu. I will post the other actors and actress down below. If you do not know the story or the characters don’t worry as this is a prequel with the characters crossing paths. Again so far they are only dubbing two of the four ova episodes.
