First we had Snkplaymore sue Square Enix and now we have Capcom against Koei Tecmo. This time they are sued over the idea of expanding the game behind the original disc through downloadable content. If this sounds familiar that because the rest of the gaming world calls this an exapsion pack which has become a normal part of games such as World or Warcraft and Batman Arkham gams like Batman Arkham city. The thing goes that Capcom patent the idea of expansion in 2002. With the practice wide spread this could mean a lot for the gam industry. The law suit also speaks the vibrator functions in the ps3 controller.
