While we wait for Final Fantasy XIV 2.4 patch a Dream of Ice Square Enix wants to join in on Halloween with some special goodies. Here is how it works you and you avatar can join on the fun by going to a event. At event you can play for cool prizes. The first set of prizes include Eerie set, which includes a hat, robe, tights, and crakows (pointy shoes). There’s also the Pumpkin Earring for accessories, along with an Eerie barding for your Chocobo to mach the look. you can also get some face paint. I will post two images below. One in customs and the other a map showing where the first event will take place.
