Hell Blade is Ninja Theory newest venture bring a female protagonist mixed in with Viking mythology. Today we learn that will be over the shoulder. The style is best known for being used in Resident Evil 4. The reason behind this is because the company believes it is a smart point as they looked at both Heavenly sword rail camera and DMC free floating camera were not satisfied with it either. Where as Heavenly Sword camera was to painful DMC all be it a good option would take to long to implement thus it gets thrown out. I will let them explain.
