Since we have heard about Toneri Otsutsuki the new enemy in The Last Naruto Movie we have been wondering how does he fit in with Kaguya linage. Today we find out that he is a desendent from Hamura Otsutsuki the brother of the six sage Hagoromo. The brother is the one using the byakugun which is the Hyuuga family speicality. With the following I mind fans are suggesting that the what happened with the Senju and Uchia happened here with the family spilting in two with one family getting the chakar and the other getting the Kekkei genkai or blood jutsu which can only be used by those in that bloodline.
