Guilty Gear Xrd is on its way but people already have their hands on it I some places and are asking where is ex or gold mode. For those who don’t know what I am talking about ex would either give characters new moves or switch up their gameplay. The difference would be instead of moving at an angle as she ran I-no slid across the stage while Sol would play more like Ky and vice versa. As for gold it would take their best qualities and amplify them. For instance damage and hits would be added to Ky projectiles while Jonny can kill with quick draw slash and Sol is dragon install mode the whole time with no cool down. As many ask where are these versions I must remind people something one fans are the only ones talking about and two I think it is too soon. to the first point most people don’t have the hard copy let alone access to all the characters so we don’t know if they are their or not. Some people are saying they are finding the DLC characters locked on the disc while at the same time we don’t know if Leo, Elphelt and Sin are the only DLC characters. I am referring to Jonny and Dizzy who make appearances in the story mode. Remember they did say the would add more old character later on. Also the more I think about the more I think we won’t see ex or gold mode but a fusion of the two. Switching things up and giving them their best properties. That is what I am seeing in most games. So we should keep looking and try to hold a bit longer. Just like you old fans I remember ex gold sol very well and loved using him which I am waiting to see.
