Tekken 7 boss is none other than Kazumi Mishima Kazuya mother and it seems the source of his demon cells. As reported before Kazumi has two forums. The first round she will be in her human form and the second one will have her demon forum. As the images show as compared to her son grandson her transformation is not that drastic. He stage seems to be the volcano from the trailer where we see Kazuya fighting with Heihachi.
