Dragon Ball Z Extreme Butoden Controlling The Action

Dragon Ball Z Extreme Butoden is the new Dragon Ball fighter for 3DS at the hand of the very capable Arc System Works. The game has you using fighters from all over the dragon ball universe including recent movies Battle of The Gods and Revival Of F with both Golden Freeza and Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Goku. Also character who had never fight can jump in as well like Chichi using her infamous voice or Bulma busting into the fight with a gadget.

Directional Commands:

•Left: to move forward (when enemy is to the right)
•Right: to move back (when enemy is to the right)
•Double tap: dash
•Pressing back during enemy attacks: guard

Basic Commands:

•Y: light attack
•X: heavy attack
•A: special attack
•B: urgent evasion
•B during an enemy attack: super speed
•R: charge “Ki (energy)”
•L + Y: Surprise Attack

Other Commands:

•A/B/X/Y while down or in mid-air: recovery [landing]
•Y during jump: light jump attack
•X during jump: heavy jump attack
•A during jump: special jump attack

X and A pulls off a Blast Combo, which is filled with moves that can chip away at the opponent’s guard meter. You can also do surprise attacks with L+Y and L+X to pull of a blitz. Burst strike attacks are done with L+A which are signature moves that requires you to charge up before using so they can leave you open. I will keep my ears open If I hear more.
