The live adaptation of Ghost In The Shell by Dreamworks has moved date from April 14 2017 to May 30 2017. The adaptation of the manga by the same name focuses on Motoko ( who will be played by Scarlett Johansson) and her team section 9. The live action work is being brought to us by Disney through Dreamworks. Sacrlett has mentioned that work has begun and one other star but not his role.
“It’s happening. It will be shooting the beginning of next year, so I think we start production January or February and it’s me and Rupert [Sanders]; and that’s all I know.”
I will keep my ears open to see what they come up with.
