Arkham Knight army is the reason why Batman is wearing armor as Arkham Knight brings an army to Batman doorstep. He is the brawn to Scarecrow brain as he brings the enemies of Batman Rouge gallery together to bring Batman down. His look reflects the terror he whishes put in all who faces him.
