Sony confirmed Siliconera article as it announced Final Fantasy VII Remake for the PS4. The trailer told us who will work on it.

The trailer shows us Midgar the city where it all stated and slowly shows us the backs of famous characters Barret and Cloud the main character with his buster sword as it looked like it did in Advent Children but not as rusty. Now their is no date for release but the trailer does end with the words the promise has been made. It is a promise that has been long but asked for.
