As I was reading the forums of the Final Fantasy XV someone asked about them bring back the old summons Knight Of The Round. For those who have not head of this summons this was Final Fantasy VII ultimate summons able to take of almost all of your troubles as they did way above 9999 which was the limit to a hit in the game. What would happen is that the enemy would be dragged into another world by the summoner so the knights can take out each one attack after the other ending in King Arthur delivering the final blow.
The question about the summons came up in the forum as Hajime and the crew said they will be bring back classic summons to the game. Fans thought since Noctis is king why not have him use knights as a summon thus began asking if they will make it into the game.
For this the answer is well they are already in the game in a sense. The teleporting swords that Noctis is collecting in the game represents the knights of the round. In the demo you can collect four allowing you to do a powerful assault. At this point we have no idea what happens if Noctis gets the other swords so a summons might be in order.
However if it doesn’t happen remember Final Fantasy VII remake is in the works so you might get to satisfy that Knights Of The Round itch one way or the other.

Believe it or not I didn’t use the summons when fighting Safer∙Sephiroth I wanted to win fair and square. Took about 80 tries but I did it.
So for the final blow you chose Cloud and Sephiroth to duke it out Hollywood style.
