Street Fighter V already welcomed one grappler into the roaster with R. Mika but now they area welcoming another that will make fans and R Mika very happy as the Red Cyclone Zangief enters the ring. The stage images that Ono teased the other day seems to be for Zangief.
The red cyclone of Russia is getting some cool upgrades as his v skill iron muscle gives him autogaurd and recoverable health for one move. The article describes it as being similar to Street Fighter IV focus attack. Physical appearance has Zangief turning red with some steam coming off of him. Reminds me of One Piece Luffy second gear but this is not about speed.
Zangief V trigger earns him the name Red Cyclone as it send the legendary wrestler into a spin. The longer one holds down the button the longer this cyclone will spin for. Think of it as Zangief tuning into Taz from Loony Tune just spinning in place on a slight angle. You can see what the big has to offer in the images as well as the video.
