Final Fantasy XV team announced that they done working on the Beta saying that we won’t be seeing any of it until March 3rd. The question about that is that what then were the two demos. Well looks at the official statement.
“Allow me to give you a development status update! The pre-beta version of FFXV is complete. For the past 6 months we have focused on crossing this line. At my request, PR and publicity has been relatively quiet recently to allow us to focus on finishing this stage of development. We’re making great progress towards FFXV and our big event next March will reveal lots more. Hope you’re looking forward to it!”
Now for what that means we have Dan Sato going community manager give us a bit of an understanding.
““Whoa, hang on guys! A pre-beta is a preliminary step to a beta version so FFXV has not gone into full beta just yet. FFXV’s development is going along well but not that well
So it means basically the demos were a small taste with most stuff in alpha and for the event in March they have something special that will give us a better grasp of the game. Yes Square Enix gets us hyped for March.
