Bungo Stray Dogs A Different Type Of Detectives

Bungo Stray Dogs is a manga that is being turned into anime. Bungo stray dogs has the reader following an armed detective service as its newest member is pulled into the world of super humans. Or as they put it.

“The “battle action” story Bungō Stray Dogs centers around a league of literary figures with supernatural powers. For example, in real life, Ryūnosuke Akutagawa (top left in key art below) wrote acclaimed stories that inspired Akira Kurosawa‘s Rashōmon film and the Aoi Bungaku Series anime’s Jigoku Hen (Hell Screen) arc. In Bungō Stray Dogs, he has the power to transform and manipulate his cloak into a monster-like entity. Together, these writers solve mysteries as part of the “Armed Detective Agency.”

The show is something that looks interesting as it takes characters inspiredby literature and turn them into action heroes. To give you an idea of what I mean their is a character that is inspired by Dan Brown as in The Da Vinci Code. If that interest you then check out the trailer to see if this anime is something worth getting into.
