At this point it is hard to say if this is the big bad boss or a mid boss. He may be funding the tournament but that doesn’t mean he is the final boss. Adel funded KOF 2003 and XI and he was a mid boss or other boss in 2003 depending on how you look at it with Mukai being the real one and XI a hidden character. So far this name and the fact he the Russian fights with no top on is all we have on him. If that changes I will let you know.
