You can get Guile for Street Fighter V and that means his story as well. The Captain story has him bumping into Abel who has been spying on Shaoloo from with in. When Fang finds him he is injured and needs Guiles help. Guile soon learns of the name operation chains but it is no use as he soon runs into Vega
