Street Fighters V Ibuki Break Down

Ibuki is Street Fighter V newest DLC character which we have seen her in action showing that she I not the same old ninja from SF4. So that begs the question how does she compare with the other fighters. I will let Combofiend and Mike Rosa of Capcom break down this deadly ninja as fans hope she will be released this month.
