We are looking at another character who was supposed to appear in the slated game Capcom Fighting Game All Stars Ingrid. If the name and look is familiar that is because this is not Ingrid first appearance. Ingrid has appeared many times such as Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max and in Capcom Evolution. Unlike the other games though it seems she was going to make this her home as she has an interesting back story between being a code holder who awoken her powers on her own and an alter ego. Also interesting how Shaowloo logo is on some of these images. HMM. One more thing to note is the fact that these characters are being drawn in SFV concept art fashion. An interesting thing to note as the art and back story is being used to tie everything into one world not just the street fighter series.
