We have new footage for Street Fighter V newest stage Skies OF Honor. This stage has fighters taking to the skies on a plain that has Rashid written all over it. The trailer has the turbulent wind and Zangief on board as we get a nice look at a new city. (I say city as I think it is Dubai but I can be wrong as the only landmark is that twisting building).
