Akuma has been confirmed in Street Fighter V. Complete with long his and his own stage. His V trigger as many expected is him tapping into his shin version that we have seen through out Street Fighter history with double air fireballs. The thing is that he has new animation to go with as well as effects. Think Necalli but not to much as it is hard to say if this is permeant once you activate as there were no bars. We also have glimpse at season 2 DLC that Akuma is starting with his new critical art.
