The voice actor from Street Fighter 4 / Marvel Vs Capcom 3 and SF4 anime ties that bind Dave Mallow has been replaced by Richard Epcar whose voice you may recognize from Mk9 and X Raiden as well as animes such Ghost In The Shell Stand Alone Complex series where he plays Army Ranger Section 9 Bouto. Why the switch was made is not mentioned in the article but at least they got someone we know.
