The King Of Fighters XIV Patch changes

The King Of Fighters XIV is getting more patches to address problems with 1.10 patch. The problems are the only things beings changes as character are once again getting rebalanced once more. These are small changes as it seems only one move has been changed if they did change them. If you are wondering what those changes are then check it out.
