D Gray Man Hallow DVD/ Blue Ray Canceled

D Gray Man Hallow was supposed to be released in September for DVD/ Blue Ray in Japan but was delayed. The reason given was that they pushed back the release date for quality. Well that has changed now the order has been canceled. The article just says duo to various reasons given no names.
