Killer Instinct is getting a new edit character in Shin Hisako and Max of Yo Videogames is going to break her down. As compared to her normal self Shin can open up characters more having a dash that gets her in the air. She looses her counters except for 1 but enough of that I will leave the rest to Max to explain.
