Street Fighter V Serves Down For CFN

A reminder that as of today Street Fighter V is going down until 9 tomorrow. This down time is so CFN can be put into place rebalancing the system as well as Ed and the two SFII stages Bison Thailand hideout as well as Vega Tavern.
