There is a new patch out for Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 +2.5. The patch address ally teleportation as well as magnetic forces. At least those are the ones listed as the third bulletin says it fixes many other issues. So if you are having issues with these games they should be fixed by this patch.
- Fixed enemy / ally teleportation issue in Kingdom Hearts II.
- Adjusted magnetic force of commands such as Magnet in Kingdom Hearts II.
- Fixed various other issues.
