Dishonored 2 new DLC Death Of The Outsider has Billie going after the mystical focus for the series and most times the man behind the scenes watching events unfold. When I first heard this I was confused as I thought a death to him would kill the mystical/ Most entertaining side to Dishonored for me. Seeing this video they posted today though remind me what we learned in the Dishonored 2 is that there are other ways to access the magic. Billie shows us that relics work just as well as marks.
