Final Fantasy Type 0 for those who didn’t beat it ended hinting at the next game. Well we have Hajime at Pax West and he was asked about. He answered with something fans may not like as he points out he has no plains for the franchise for the future.
Type 1 or type next is something in the back window as the team wants to focus on something much bigger. Remember for the his next game Tabata mentioned wanting to work on something fresh meaning he didn’t want to work on the next Final Fantasy XVI.
Interestingly though he says him and other members are still interested in making the game. It is not dead but in franchise limbo.
