Matsuzo Machida is one of the people who brought the Shadow Hearts series to life. As we hope to see the series return on current consoles by way of digital or even better a new installment today we see that hit a break wall. Machida says that as far as he knows there is no word on the series coming back.
While this puts the series on hold it also looks as though he is not working on a new installment but rather something else. We get this from another tweet where he says that he will make interest games not mentioned SH. This may be downer in some ways and for that I am sorry.
But a fan asked today if Xseed can remake the series or bring it back through HD. They are asking them as they were responsible for bringing the series the US as publisher with the third game from the new world. The company that owned them origanlly is gone so that is all we have.
