Street Fighter V has been data minded and it seems according to X-Kira there is more to come. As he mines the game he finds that more old stages are on the way such as Urien jungle stage from Street Fighter 3 and Birdie from Alpha. We also have more customs and modes such as dramatic battle if you believe the finds lead to new content.
Remember that not everything makes into games and that what we have might just what was supposed to be in the game but got cut. While that might also mean DLC in some cases it just means things that never made it. You can see what X- Kira has found below.
