Akira had an interview with Polygon a Video Game website and Magazine. The interview discussed there new game Ex Layers or Ex Akira. (Still no name.) As well as Street Fighter Ex which is the first time we saw these characters.
“was very, very basic,” he says, sitting in his studio’s conference room in Tokyo. “There were no textures. There was no collision. It just showed animations for three or four characters.”
