The King Of Fighters XIV Future DLC Outfits ??

So I found this DLC art work for The King OF Fighters XIV on Twitter. It has Ryo, King and Yuri. King sports a dress. Yuri looks like Neo Geo Battle Coliseum Yuki while Ryo is sporting his infamous Mr. Karate look from Fatal Fury Wild Ambition.

Fans are hoping to see another wave of DLC for the game as we still have more to ask for. Is this the first hint or did you guys finds this in the back of the art book that came with the last version of the game? Let me know
