We have more cast members announced for New Hoshin Engi characters Dakki, Chu O & Otuken. Dakki is the big bad f the anime who basically manipulates people either through strategy or her power it self. I am not sure about the other two. Granted it has been awhile since I looked at the anime but I think they are both new. Well I know Otuken is new where as Chu O I am not to sure.
