Tite Kubo is one of many artist who have been asked to do a one shot for Shonen Jump. The one shot are basically short stories told in one or two issues spanning from 20-50 pages. Some such as Platinum Equinox see this as Bleach may be returning or in some cases a bleach spin off.
The thing is it is hard to say. Yes Bleach has been kept alive through the online game as well as the light novels with a movie in the works. But when Kubo tied things off for the series he did so with the intent of new artist pushing the franchise forward. The same way we see how Boruto is moving.
